Life and work

At sixteen years, it gains the first price with the national competition of the chocolates Poulain (12 000 francs, which in the middle of the Années 1980 represented a tidy sum of money), it is also finalist various concours.
Elle studies the letters and English but does not integrate a true school of art and is thus what is called an autodidact. She will take part then in fanzines such as Jade.

In “  The Best of moi  ” it illustrates with tenderness and humor the daily newspaper of its scenario writer and companion - and thus partly his daily newspaper with it also -, Philippe Dumez.
In another cartoon, “  Johnny Nothing with foutre  ” , it puts in images the newspaper of Andy, a mysterious Canadian Punk .

It is with the illustration - publicity (Meurice Hotel, Redoute, Primagaz, the RATP, Lu, Danone, Faure, Nivea), mode, press (Okapi, Astrapi, DLire, Inrockuptibles, Madam Figaro, Cosmopolitan, Marie Claire, Anna, Frau, Vogue Japan) - and not with the cartoon whom it owes her notoriety actuelle.
Its pseudonym, which it uses starting from 1995, comes from the play of Cluedo.
Its style, synthetic and elegant, is often compared with that of authors such as Dupuy-Berberian and Fabrice Parma, but its influences are rather to seek in the graphics of the Années 1960, in particular in the drawings of Alain Grée, illustrator of teaching books for children.

In Cosmic Capsule, Colonel Moutarde draws the adventures of “  Grenadine and Mentalo  ” . A first album left to the editions Milan in January 2006.
