The colombo is a West-Indian spice equivalent with the Indian Curry .
Composition
The colombo, a culinary preparation originating in South Asia, which enter of many vegetables, spices, and meat of poultry or small animals. The fish (marlin, shark, swordfish) are also prepared in colombo in the Antilles.It is a mixture of spices made up of Paprika, Cumin, Coriandre, Nutmeg, Gingembre, Poivre, Cardamome, Star anise, nails of Girofle, seeds of mustard and saffron.
Use
One uses it as ingredient in preparations containing meats, of vegetables or fish.
