Collio Goriziano Sauvignon Cabernet

The Collio Goriziano Cabernet Sauvignon (or Collio Cabernet Sauvignon ) is a red Wine Italian of the area Friuli-Venezia Giulia equipped with a name DOC. since November 3rd, 1989. Only to DOC. the wines collected inside the surface of production defined by the decree are entitled. The authorized vineyards are located in the Province of Gorizia in the communes of Brazzano, Capriva del Friuli, Cormons - Plessiva, Dolegna del Collio, Farra d' Isonzo, Lucinico, Mossa, Oslavia, Ruttars and San Floriano del Collio.

The Collio Goriziano Cabernet Sauvignon answers a schedule of conditions less demanding than the Colli Goriziano Cabernet Sauvignon riserva, primarily in relation to ageing.

Organoleptic characteristics

The Collio Goriziano Cabernet Sauvignon is tasted at a temperature ranging between 15 and 17°C. It will keep 2 - 4 years.
