Collio Goriziano Sauvignon
The Collio Goriziano Sauvignon (or Collio Sauvignon ) is a white Wine Italian of the area Friuli-Venezia Giulia equipped with a name DOC. since November 3rd, 1989. Only to DOC. the wines collected inside the surface of production defined by the decree are entitled. The authorized vineyards are located in the Province of Gorizia in the communes of Brazzano, Capriva del Friuli, Cormons - Plessiva, Dolegna del Collio, Farra d' Isonzo, Lucinico, Mossa, Oslavia, Ruttars and San Floriano del Collio.
The Collio Goriziano Sauvignon answers a schedule of conditions less demanding than the Collio Goriziano Sauvignon riserva, primarily in relation to ageing.
Organoleptic characteristics
- color : more or less intense yellow straw.
- odor : delicate, characteristic
- savor : dryness, full, harmonic
The Collio Goriziano Sauvignon is tasted at a temperature ranging between 8 and 10°C. It will keep 2 - 3 years.
