Colli Euganei (wine)

The Colli Euganei is an Italian vineyard of the area Venezia equipped with a name DOC. since August 16th, 1995. Only to DOC. the wines collected inside the surface of production defined by the decree are entitled. The authorized vineyards are located in Province of Padoue in the communes of Arquà Petrarca, Galzignano Terme, Torreglia and partly in the communes of Abano Terme, Montegrotto Terme, Battaglia Terme, Due Carrara marble (San Giorgio), Monselice, Baone, Este, Cinto Euganeo, Lozzo Atestino, Vò, Rovolon, Cervarese Santa Croce, Teolo and Selvazzano Dentro in the Monts Euganéens. The vineyard Bagnoli di Sopra is with a few kilometers. The area is located at the south-west of Padoue. The surface planted of vine is of 1.300 hectares.
