Colli Berici spumante

The Colli Berici spumante is an Italian effervescent wine of the area Venezia equipped with a name DOC. since September 20th, 1973. Only to DOC. the white wines collected inside the surface of production defined by the decree are entitled. The authorized vineyards are located in Province of Vicence in the communes Albettone, Alonte, Arcugnano, Barbarano Vicentino, Brendola, Castegnero, Grancona, Mossano, Nanto, Orgiano, San Germano dei Berici, Sovizzo, Villaga, Zovencedo like partly the communes Asigliano Veneto, Campiglia dei Berici, Creazzo, Longare, Lonigo, Montebello Vicentino, Montecchio Maggiore, Montegalda, Montegaldella, Monteviale, Sarego, Sossano and Vicenza. The vineyards are located on slopes of the hills Colli Berici at the south of Vicenza.

Organoleptic characteristics

  • color : clear yellow straw, fine and persistent foam

  • odor : delicate, fruity
  • savor : dry, harmonious, fresh, fine

The Colli Berici spumante is tasted at a temperature from 8 to 10 °C.
