Collective Restoration

The collective restoration is a connects industrial which has as an activity to serve as the Repas except residence. Contrary to the commercial Restoration, the Client does not pay the real price, large a part of the cost being ensured by the employer or the institution. In France, one is used for it nearly 4 billion meal per annum, that is to say 11 million per day on average.

The collective restoration is divided into three sector S:

  • teaching (school Restoration and academic)
  • health and social (hospital restoration, old people's homes, penal establishments) the
  • work (restoration of companies and administrations)
