Collar of Saoubathoù
The collar of Saoubathoù ( Saoubathou ) is a collar of high mountain located at the foot of the Table of Souperret (2116 m) between the small valley of Labarquère which leads to the plate of Lhers and the small valley of Belonce , both located at the south of Lescun in Vallée of Winder in the Yrénées-Atlantiques.
The collar is borrowed by HRP. It makes it possible to connect the Col of Pau to the Refuge of Arlet in the small valley of Bélonce.
Saubathoù is a local form of the Gascon Saubadoù ( El Salvador ) “Saver”.
