Collar of Bonnecombe
The Col of Bonnecombe gives access to the southern part of the mounts of Aubrac, highest of the plate between Mailhebiau (1469 m) and the trick of the Guard (1369 m). The site of Bonnecombe is on several communes of the canton of Saint-Germain-of-Teil the (Lozere): Salces, Hermaux. It is classified zone ZNIEFF of first category (natural zone of interest ecological, floristic, and faunistic) by the Department of the Environment, recognized like such for its diversity and its biological richness.
