Collar of Bassachaux
The collar of Bassachaux is located in the department of Haute-Savoie (in the area the Rhone-Alps), at an altitude of 1.778 m, between Châtel with the east and Montriond (Lindarets) in the west.
It is accessible by a road only since Châtel.
It is the many starting point hiking, Mont of Barn, Pointe of Chésery, Lindarets, Green Lac (Swiss)…
The GR. 5 passes by the Collar of Bassachaux in the North-South direction.
