The Cognac is a livable type of Voilier built with the Shipyard Aubin, on plans of Philippe Harlé. The hull with bilge S sharp is in Contreplaqué. The ballast, tiny room to the adequate portion, is collected in a bulb; the skittle is equipped with a Trimmer. In spite of its esthetic appearance not very (due in particular to the truncated back combined with the aggressive stem), its reduced price at the time and its effectiveness ensured its success. It is a very marine boat which allures most committed.
