Cofidis is a specialized company and leader in the remote credit. She carries on her activities in various European countries. Its 2 principal shareholders are the group 3 Swiss international (85%) and Cetelem (15%). Shareholders of the 3suisses group being the family Mulliez (45%) and Otto-Versand (50%).
In 1982, Cofidis launched the concept of the credit by telephone. Since 1996, sponsored Cofidis a team cyclist.
