Coffee of the Station
the Coffee of the Station is a theater workshop created by a band of buddies who repair an old workshop of mechanics close to the Montparnasse station to Paris in the 14 {{E}} district.
Collective building site in 1968 where everyone puts the shoulder to the wheel, in 1969 it opens with its first actor-manufacturer-founders, Romain Bouteille, Coluche, Patrick Dewaere, Miou-Miou, Henri Guybet, Martin Lamotte… the Coffee of the Station begins in the Passing from the Departure in Paris.
Defined by Coluche, the lifestyle of the troop of unknown is the copinge in cohabitation . Coluche is with his/her girlfriend Miou-Miou, Sotha which was with Romain Bouteille, will marry Patrick Dewaere. Henry Guybet, Jean-Michel Haas, Catherine Mitry, Gerard Lefèvre known as Gégé belong to the founders, who pour with the common pot their modest seals. Georges Moustaki, Raymond Devos, Jean Ferrat, Jacques Brel, Leni Escudero, Pierre Perret, Jean Yanne, the review Hara-kiri and even the store In - Montparnasse seem patrons.
The June 12th 1969, the Coffee gives its first spectacle: a whole of signed texts burlesques Bottle, Sotha, Gégé and Dewaere. The room is unfinished, the slogan of the place is “ It is ugly, it is dirty, it is in the wind ”.
The public is able to see this theater of derision and the joke. The legend of the permanent improvisation, exaggerated is used as catalyst. The second spectacle joins together Robin of what? of Bottle, and Lights, I choke .
The troop increases with Gerard Lanvin, which sold clothing, Gerard Depardieu, Renaud Séchan. Other actors pass: Rufus, Martin Lamotte, Thierry Lhermitte, Diane Kurys, Coline Serreau. One also finds in nebula Josiane Balasko, Anémone, Gerard Jugnot.
Success worries Bouteille. The coffee of the Station moves then with the street of the Temple. The troop counts today, inter alia personalities, Sotha, Philippe Manesse and Patrice Minet.
