Coelurus
The cœlurus (the Coelurus , “tail digs”) was a Dinosaure coeluridé of the Jurassic late. Certain scientists regarded it as being a single animal that Ornitholestes , but of new studies (Carpenter and Al, 2005) shows that they are rather two extremely different species. The cœlurus has body proportions finer than those of the ornitholestes, with lengthened and hollow vertebrae (from where its name). He was discovered in 1879 in the Formation Morrison of the Wyoming, with the the United States and was described by Othniel Charles Marsh.
