Code education

In Right French, the code of education is the code which gathers legislative measures and lawful relating to the secondary primary school education, and higher.

Contents of the code

The code of education gathers nine books:

Ier Book: general principles of education,
Book II: administration of education,
Book III: the organization of secondary educations,
Book IV: establishments of secondary education,
Book V: school life,
Book VI: the organization of higher educations,
Book VII: establishments of higher education
Book VIII: university life,
Book IX: personnel of education.

Recipients

The code fixes the conditions under which the establishments of higher education maintain the relations with their recipients:

of the Undertaken S,
of the territorial collectivities,
of others educational establishments.
