Code Holland

The code Holland or code RIASEC , developped at the point by Doctor John L. Holland, makes it possible to identify 6 types of people to work:

  1. Realistic;: investigatory worker manual especially

  2. ;: scientific analytical mind
  3. Artistic;: social artist, of course
  4. ;: helps the others (psychological)
  5. Entrepreneur;: businessman which shows leadership
  6. Conventionnel;: like to respect the instructions that one gives him and to carry out a regular task

Certain models add the seventh dimension: The profile ecologist

7. Ecologist: wants to change the world for best (idealistic)

This code is useful for the oriention for employment. Initially, Z was not present in the code of Holland. Several tests exist to find its type. Generally 3 letters are used to describe the code of a person.
