Cocody
Cocody is a commune of the district of Abidjan located in northern Abidjan. Residential commune, this space is known for the richness of its inhabitants and the architecture of its houses whose many ones are built in a style known as “Colonial”. The easiest classes of the company of the Ivory Coast, as much as the majority of the expatriates and the diplomats make their residence of choice of it. Its Mayor, elected with the municipal elections of March 2001, is Jean-Baptiste Gomont Diagou.

- This district inspired a film of Christian-Jaque, with Jean Marais, Philippe Clay and Liselotte Pulver, left in 1964, the Gentleman of Cocody , produced by Alain Poiré.
