Cobh Ramblers Football Club (CRFC) is a club Irish of Football based with Cobh beside Cork. The club was founded in 1922 and started to play the championship of Ireland starting from 1985. The colors of the club are garnet and blue.
History
Ramblers are in the beginning a club of Field hockey primarily attended by the British soldiers in garrison with Cobh. After the independence of the Ireland, the club changes and becomes a football club.Nowadays the club alternatively plays in the Championnat of Ireland of football in the First Division or First Division , according to various fortunes of the team first. The club suffers much from the proximity of Cork and thus from the very great competition which is made to him by the club much more prestigious of Cork City FC. The club appeared for the first time on television for an integral diffusion of a match on line on November 10th, 2006 at the time of a match against Galway United
The club can be enorgueillir to have accommodated in its center one of most important the football player of the country, Roy Keane.
