A coalition on tricolor fire ( Ampel-Koalition ) is a type of German government coalition gathering the social democrat Parti (SPD), the Parti liberal-democrat (FDP) and Alliance 90/the Greens. Their colors - respectively the Red , the Yellow and the Green - are also those of fires of circulation.

No coalition of this type existed up to now at the federal level. It was considered, then isolated, during the negociations for the consitution of a new federal government, after the anticipated legislative elections of 2005 does not give majority to any traditional coalition. At the communal level, a coalition of this type exists since January 2006 with Bonn.
