The coaching (or professional accompaniment ) is the accompaniment of a person by a Coach (or accompanying) which helps its customer to reach various stages in order to achieve the goal that it set, that it is in the professional or personal sphere.

Techniques and knowledge-to make

Unfolding

All depends on the “triangular contract” which is set up at the departure between coaché, the coach and the company. The coach carries out then the intervention with its own know-how. Sometimes it is a question of bringing in urgency an immediate help, but generally to bring coaché to become aware of its own brakes, its unexplored talents and of being thus more conscious of the consequences of its decisions. Obviously, the coach is not there to take those in the place of coaché.

Duration of an intervention of coaching

Only one meeting (it is rare), or several months (more frequent). Certain coaches ask for a first stage of two or three meetings before engaging in the duration. Essence remains that the things are clear at the beginning and that the limits of the duration of the coaching are agreed. How long a meeting of coaching lasts?

Very variable according to the coach and the situation. Of 1/2h to 3:00. Sometimes more.

Several options are possible:

Cost of the coaching

The price of the hour invoiced with the company is usually between 150 € and 500€, sometimes more for exceptional coachings and according to the function of coaché and the reputation of the coach. In private consultation, the cost is generally between 80 € and 100€.
