Closed Clementi
The Clos Clementi is a wine field, of 15 ha Vignoble, located at Poggio d' Oletta in Corsica. It is classified in AOC Patrimonio.
History of the field
Name Clos Clementi was created in 2002 per Antoine and Jean Pierre Clementi but the field is on a vineyard founded in 1936 by their large father Antoine Clementi, then taken again by their father Edouard Clementi. With died of this last, Jean Pierre and Antoine took again in hand the exploitation with the assistance of their other large father, Pierre Louis Merlandi.

- Red Nielluciu 90%, Grenache 10%. Maceration during 25 days. Fermentation 12 days with 26 - Malo-lactic 30°Fermentation 5 days. Breeding ferments stainless of it - Concrete
- Rosé: Niellucio 80% Grenache 20% direct Pressing. Fermentation thermo controlled 10 to 15 days with 14 - 16°Elevage out of tank stainless
- Blanc: 100% Vermentinu. Direct pressing.
