Clewer

Clewer (known also under the name of Clewer Village) is a village of the Berkshire, England. This village is located beside Windsor, At the edge of the the Thames.

Its name comes from the word " Clifwara" who means " Cliff-Dwellers" (inhabitants of cliff). It refers to the inhabitants of the hill on which the Château of Windsor was built.
