Clement Juglar

Joseph Clément Juglar (October 15th 1819 with Paris - February 28th 1905 in Paris) is a Médecin and economist French. He was one of the first to notice the regularity of the alternation of the periods of contraction and expansion in the businesses.

Eminent scientist, Juglar belonged to the International institute of statistics like to the Academy of Science morals and political.
