Of 1957 with 1959 ONF produces a series Panoramique for the television which counted 26 30 minutes episodes in the beginning. Four realizers share the six subjects tackled in the whole of the episodes. It is thus starting from four episodes on the subject that the film was tiny room to 73 minutes. Through this short account, Claude Jutra describes well the real problems of setting to the early withdrawal, of lack of solidarity and trade-union cohesion.
Synopsis
The intrigue proceeds in the medium of the employees. A new manager arrives at the personnel department of of General Transport. The company must be modernized and replace several employees by machines. Are opposed to the manager, Marguerite, the secretary and another white-collar worker, former member of JEC. They speak to found a trade union. Finally, all the changes envisaged are done.
