Claude Zidi

Claude Zidi is a Réalisateur and Scénariste French born the July 25th 1934 with Paris. He studied the technique of the cinema to the Ecole Louis Lumière of 1953 to 1955.

After a short career of Director of the photography, the first successes of Claude Zidi are Film S of comic troupier putting in the high-speed motorboat Charlots: Bidasses in madness in 1971, Bidasses from go away in war in 1974. It makes turn Coluche in 1976 in the Wing or the thigh and in 1981 in Inspecteur the Bur . It receives a César for Ripoux in 1984 and carries out thereafter Ripoux against ripoux (1990), the Total one! (1991), Low profile (1993), Arlette (1997) and Astérix and Obélix against César in 1999.

There remains one of the French realizer still today having been the most success with its many films, also of the part: Gerard Oury, Georges Lautner and Claude Lelouch.
