Claude Schnerb

Claude Schnerb (April 18th, 1914 - July 19th, 2007) is a French author.

Critical dramatic several newspapers and weekly magazines, it has Co-founded, with Rene Barjavel, André Ulmann and Jean-Louis Barrault the review the Springtide . They published there, inter alia, Numance of Jean-Louis Barrault, Humulus the dumb man of Jean Anouilh, as well as works of Henry de Montherlant, Loys Masson, etc

Schnerb was also critical cinematographic, novelist, playwright and wrote several plays, as well as novels and tests.

Combatant during the Second world war, it is made prisionnier, escapes on several occasions and is off-set. He was decorated with the Military Cross to the order of the Regiment, star of bronze, and the Médaille of the Escaped prisoners.
