Claude Ruch
Claude Ruch , is a French politician, born the December 30th 1901 in Pont-sur-Seine (Aube), died on April 15th 1979 with Plessis-Fire-Aussoux Seine-et-Marne).
Initially inspector with Gas of Paris, then socialist militant, he becomes mayor of Sevran (Seine-et-Oise become Seine-Saint-Denis) in 1947 until in 1959. It is under its mandate which the policy of urbanization begins.
He was officer of the State education and knight of the social Merit.
