Claude Onesta , born the February 6th 1957 with Albi, is a trainer of Handball French
Biography
Former player of Toulouse of 1968 to 1987, he becomes then trainer. Under its direction, Spacer' S Handball of Toulouse gains a cut of France in 1998.
After the championship of the world 2001, it takes the succession of Daniel Costantini with the direction of the team of France. Under its control, France obtains two new world medals with the bronze of 2003 and 2005 in Tunisia for the good-byes of Jackson Richardson with the team of France.
Then, at the time of the Championship of Europe 2006, it marks of its print the French handball while managing to carry out an objective which its predecessor had not filled: to gain a medal in a championship of Europe, the famous competition most difficult, the handball being a sport whose large nations all are European. And this objective, it fills it by most beautiful in the ways with the European title, beating finally the world champions titrates the Spain of it after having eliminated in semi-final the Croatian Olympic champions .
His/her daughter, Marina, international hope plays Toulouse Féminin Handball.
