Claude Bufnoir

Claude Bufnoir (born in 1828 with Autun - deceased with Paris in 1898) is a Professor and Jurisconsulte French, it was accepted first with the contest of aggregation of 1856 and supléat Oudot in the course of Civil code of 1861 with 1863.

In 1865, it was in charge of a course of Roman law, and, in 1866 of the conference on Pandectes . With died of Bugnet (1866) it was temporarily in charge of its course of civil law, and it became titular of its pulpit the February 9th 1867.

Bufnoir was before all an excellent professor, it left only one important work: on the theory of the condition .
