Claude Barbin
Claude Barbin , was General inspector of finances and principal minister under the orders of fine Concini 1616, It replaces in fact Jeannin but not his title of Surintendant.
After the " blow of majesté" of Louis XIII (the April 24th 1617) which cost the life to the Florentin, Brabin was touched like the other ministers of Concini by disgrace and was imprisoned.
Claude Barbin was also the editor of sentimental works and pseudo-histories (the " Historiettes"), that " were named; bardinades". He is quoted in the Characters of the Heather (art.12, chap VII: city)
