Claude-max Lochu

French painter and draftsman, Claude-max Lochu was born in 1951 with Delle in Franche-Comté. For Claude-max Lochu, essence in painting is to collect the poetry of the daily newspaper of today. " Claude-max Lochu, postpones grandson of Peterpan, is graduate Ecole of the Art schools of Besancon and lives today close to Paris. He works with several galleries in France and abroad.

Biography

1982 First Voyage to the Japan. 2000 Exposes to the Musée Faure of Aix-the-Baths. Painter with the noble direction of the term as well of futile as of essence, Claude-max Lochu carried out “Aix the Baths since the boulevard of the English” works presented in this exposure. Share its time between its Parisian workshop and of long stages in the country of Ventoux where he seeks poetry rather than the representation (Hotel the Century) and starts a research on the topic of water (Sorgue).

2001 Exposes to the gallery Etienne de Causans (Paris) and to the arts center André Malraux of Le Bourget - first contact with the gallery Laurent Boyrie (Paris). Expose in Tuscany and works in parallel in the Valley Di Cecina (Volterra). Take part in the collective exposure organized by the Museum of Aix-the-Baths in homage to C.D. Friedrich.

2002 Exposes at Laurent Boyrie - Continues a work on the landscape of the Beaujolais wine - guest by Alex Barbier to the festival of Fillols - continues its work in Tuscany while exposing to Accademia Libera Natura E Cultura de Querceto.

2003 Exposes to the Artima gallery in Paris and the Liberty gallery in Ghent in Belgium. Continue the series of the Overflights (Prague, New York and Paris). Develop the Night ones and the continuation of the Heroes in black and white or almost.

2004 Discovers the concept of the " Drunk Street Night". Tie contacts with the gallery of Haudrecy with Knokke-Zoute, Belgium, and exposes its Urban Night Overflights (SNU) to the Artima gallery in Paris and the gallery to the 3 Aitches in Lyon. Prepare pourl' autumn " Dazzling City" following its stay in San Francisco. Remain in search of the poetry of the daily newspaper.

2005 personal Exposures to the Artima gallery, entitled " Nocturnes" and with space 2.13 PM, entitled " Urbains" overflights;. Work with large sizes for the gallery of Haudrecy with Knokke-Zoute. 2006 Exposes to the gallery of Haudrecy, the Artima gallery, and continues its collaboration with space 2.13 PM. London adds to its collection of Night Urban and joins again with the Open doors in its new workshop with the Career-on-Seine.

2007 Exposes to the Mediterranean Antiques, Summerland, California and starts a work on Los Angeles. Join again with New York for a collective exposure in August to Tribeca.
