Claude-Marius Vaïsse (1799 - 1864)

Biography

In 1839 it is named sub-prefect.
In 1848 it is in favor of Louis-Napoleon Bonaparte.
the January 24th 1851 it is in charge of the ministry for the interior
In 1853 it east becomes Préfet of Lyon, where it practices a voluntary policy of urbanization of the city on the model of that carried out by the Baron Haussmann to Paris.
