Classified forest of Patako
The Forêt classified of Patako is a forest protected from the west of the Senegal, located in the Département of Foundiougne (Région of Fatick), near the border with the Gambia.
History
Characteristics
It includes/understands actually two zones, Patako-Is (1 600 ha) and Patako-South (3 980 ha).In both cases, the dominant vegetation is the raised Savane.
