Classification of Bentham and Hooker

The classification Bentham & Hooker for the spermatophytes is one of most important the botanical classifications of the XIXe century. It was published by George Bentham (1800-1884) and Joseph Dalton Hooker (1817-1911) in 3 volumes of 1862 with 1883 under the title of Genera plantarum AD exemplaria imprimis in herbariis kewensibus servata definita (on line on site of Gallica).
