Clarke F. Fraser is a specialist in medical Génétique Québécois born the March 29th 1920 with Norwich (Connecticut, with the the United States).
He is regarded as one of the largest specialists Canadian S in the human and medical genetics.
He obtains in 1945 a doctorate in Génétique, then in 1950 a doctorate in Médecine of the Université McGill.
He became professor of Génétique to the Université McGill in 1950. He was promoted Professor emeritus in 1985.
At the time of its research in the field of the Teratology, discipline analyzing the aberrations of the development programs which lead to malformations, it explains the mechanisms responsible for congenital malformations by highlighting their multifactorielle nature.
