Composition

Preparation
15 G per liter. Traditional sterilization or by filtration.
Sowing
In sterile medium to add 2-3goutes bacterial suspension has to analyze then to incubate 24/48heures has temperature desired (37 degrees in general)

To take 2 aliquot and to practice the tests:- Reaction of Voges-Proskauer;
