Clara Cluck

Clara Cluck is a Personnage of fiction of the universe of Mickey Mouse created by the studios Disney in 1933. It makes its beginnings in short-measuring animated Mickey' S Mellerdrammer then becomes as from 1934 a recurring supporting character. In many cartoons, it is presented like the best friend of Daisy Duck.

Each troop needs a prima donna . This role was held in the years 1930 by Clara Cluck. As of the beginning, it was it which showed the most ease under fires of the slope, not missing any by the spectacles which could assemble Mickey and its friends as in the Official reception of the Orphans (Orphan' S Benefit) in 1934.

Presented like a hen of Middle Age and equipped like all good professional singer with an impressive pair with… lungs, its warbling is as generous as its plumage is shining and glossy. Its behavior is supplemented by an enormous hat, raises of a non-moins enormous feather.

Undoubtedly inspired by the Small advised Hen (the Silly Symphony which saw the beginnings of Donald Duck, on June 9th, 1934), the two characters was doubled besides by the actress and singer Florence Gill. Although it appears in 1936 in Mickey' S Grand opera as a female high-speed motorboat, it seems that its means never were with the height of its ambitions, which explains its availability for all the poor productions in which it takes part.

Its last (short) appearance of the " era classique" - just like that of Clarabelle Cow and Horace Horsecollar - date of 1942 in the symphonic Hour ( Symphony Hour ).

It is claimed that it inspired the character of Gertrude Lady (in English Lady Cluck ), the lady's companion of Beautiful Marianne in Robin of Wood in 1973, but the resemblance is far from being convincing. She also plays a minor part in Christmas de Mickey in 1983 and Which wants the skin of Roger Rabbit? in 1988. More recently, it appeared on TV in Mickey Mouse Works and Disney' S all out of box .

It made a short appearance in the video game Kingdom Hearts II , in the world of the Timeless Rivière .

It is today the actress Russi Taylor, who lends her voice to him (just like with Minnie Mouse).

Copious Mrs. Cluck continues a career of actress, lyric singer and violoncellist. Implied many caritative works, it is also professor in the school of Riri, Fifi and Loulou. One becomes acquainted with his Clarence nephew in No Kid! in 1936. It flirte occasionally with the cousin of Donald, Gus Glouton as with the cock Panchito Sprays Three Caballeros , its sighing first, the cock Robert Rooster (also called Rockhead), having disappeared prematurely.

Clara is member of the " gang of the ferme" who surrounded Mickey as of his beginnings ( The Adventures off Mickey Mouse , 1931), although its presence was eclipsed by Clarabelle Cow and Horace Horsecollar, less however than Percy and Patricia Pigg, now forgotten.
