Claire de Castelbajac

Claire de Castelbajac (Born the October 26th 1953 with Paris and dead the January 22nd 1975) is a “Servante of God”

After its First communion and in spite of the disease which will test it all its life (toxicose acute, intestinal infection, congestion of the lungs, diphteria), it is illuminated while affirming: “I want to be holy then it is necessary that I make sacrifices. ”

Specialized in restoration of works of art to the Central Institute of Restoration to Rome, it shares with its entourage a great vocation, that of the happiness which it expresses while working on two frescos in the basilica Saint-François with Assise.

She says to a nun: “I would like to give happiness to all those which I approach and to sow the joy. The small Therese waited to be with the sky to make the happy ones. Me, I want to make some on the ground.”

The December 30th 1974, it spends its day in front of the cave of Lourdes where it requests the Blessed Virgin a long time. She dies three weeks later after having terribly suffered from a meningoencephalitis.

The official investigation for its Béatification was open in 1990.
