Claire Guyot

Claire Guyot is a Comédienne and French singer , known for its prolific activity of Doublage of foreign productions. It is also artistic director of doublings.

Biography

After having taken courses of dramatic art during three years, Claire Guyot begins her career while playing from the roles in dramatic parts, then while becoming monteuse assistant for the films the Reader in 1988 or the white Queen in 1991.

It is mainly while doubling in France Sarah Michelle Gellar, that it are in the Televised series Buffy against the vampires , its films ( Scream 2 , Sexe intentions , etc) and even publicities for the cosmetic Gemey, that Claire Guyot reaches a certain notoriety. Sarah Michelle Gellar is however not its first major doubling.

Thanks to Jacqueline Porel (the French voice of Vivien Leigh in a tram named Desire ), it is in the medium as of the beginning of the year 1990. She is thus the first French voice of Winona Ryder ( Edward with the money hands in 1990, Dracula in 1992). She loses this role in 1993, at the time of the strike of the lapping machines but recovers it thanks to Jean-Pierre Jeunet which chooses it in 1997 for Alien, resurrection . Meanwhile, it becomes the appointed voice of Teri Hatcher, starting from the Postsynchronisation of the series Loïs and Clark .

Already regularly put at contribution to sing on doublings (in particular on the first French doubling of the Small Siren ), Claire Guyot decides to take courses of the song to the beginning of the year 2000, near Sarah Sanders. It is the latter which only puts in scene the spectacle Enfin alas… , that she interprets at the sides of Eric Miller. He is partly composed by Emmanuel Moire. An album is published in 2006, and is sold by correspondence.

She was married with the actor Serge Faliu and is mother of two children.
