Cizur Menor

Cizur Menor is a village located at the north of the Spain, commune of Cizur, in the autonomous Communauté of Navarre.

Population: 591 inhabitants in 2004.

Extension: 351 ha

Geography

Altitude: 459 Mr. and to 5 km in the south of Pampelune.

The Pilgrimage of Compostelle

On the Camino navarro of the Pilgrimage of Saint-Jacques-to-Compostelle.
One comes from the Pampelune, the next commune is Zizur Mayor, the church Santa Maria

Monk

Apart from the village, it belonged to a monastery of the Hospitaliers of Midsummer's Day of Jerusalem; who had an inn for the pilgrims on the Santiago way. It has only one nave arched in cradle, reinforced by counter strong.
