The Floral Cité is a microphone-district located in the 13 {{E}} district of Paris, in France.
Description
The Floral City is located at the south of the Quartier of the White House, near the Ligne of Small Belt and of the Boulevards of the Marshals; the ring road, the Park Montsouris, the Stage Charléty and the university residence are in a close vicinity.Wedged between the Street Boussingault, the Street Auguste Lançon and the Street Brillat Savarin, this small district forms a triangular zone made up of houses to the flowered gardens, accessible via small streets carrying from the names of flowers. The aspect of this zone strange, because is surrounded by buildings definitely more modern.
Each house which composes the floral city has its own garden; the streets are paved, have trees and bear names of flowers:

- Street of the Irises
- Street of the Bindweeds
- Street of the Orchises
- Street of Volubillis
- Public garden of the Mimosas
History
The Floral City was built in 1928 on a triangular zone, old pre regularly flooded by the Bièvre. This characteristic was worth to him not to be able to shelter buildings: the district was thus completely urbanized with small houses.

The Floral City is accessible by the streets Brillat Savarin and Auguste Lançon, just beside the Place of Rungis.The public transport closest is:
