Cisplatine

The cisplatine or cis-diaminedichloroplatinum (II) (CDDP) is a complex containing Platine used in the treatment of various cancers the such Sarcome S, Carcinome S (lung cancer with small cells, Cancer of the ovary…), Lymphome S. It belongs to the class of made up the alkylants DNA with the Carboplatine and the Oxaliplatine.
