Cintegabelle

Cintegabelle (occitan: Senta Gabèla ) is a common French, located in the department of the Haute-Garonne and the area the Midday-Pyrenees.

Its inhabitants is called Cintegabellois.

Blazon

Geography

Located in the Lauragais at 35 km at the south of Toulouse on the Trunk road 20 at the Confluent of Hers-Sharp and the Ariège The commune of Cintegabelle also includes/understands in its center the hamlets of Baccarets and Picarrou, which has both the statute of common partner.

History

  • the 16th century was the great time of Cintegabelle thanks to the Pastel. One counted up to twenty-two Moulin S with pastel.
