Cinémastock

Cinémastock is the name given to the albums gathering of the parodic cartoons carried out by the French authors Gotlib (scenario) and Alexis (drawing), published in the newspaper Pilote of 1970 to 1974.

Summary

Alexis and Marcel Gotlib revisits a cinematographic kind, television series and five large literary works. While insisting until disproportion on the principal feature of each cultural object parodied (violence towards Sophie, the venality of Marguerite, the silly thing of Low Sunday), Gotlib uses with profit comic repetition and carries out a series of parodies effective and funny.
