Chrysler TC
The Chrysler TC by Maserati is a Voiture developed by Maserati for Chrysler. It results from the relations which existed between Alessandro De Tomaso and Lee Iacocca. Iacocca had taken again the head of the Chrysler mark then in difficulty. He sought fast methods for redynamiser the mark. To dope the Chrysler mark by addition of components and Maserati know-how was the solution sought by Lee Iacocca. Multiple evolutions of the schedule of conditions returned the development of the long and tiresome model.

- a version 3l V6 12 valves 141 cv limps automatic 4V (origin Mitsubishi)
The shandy included/understood:
- the American case,
- the engine American/English/Italian or Japanese,
- the American transmission with in the version doubles tree a little German (Getrag),
- the Italian interior,
- the French tires,
- Spanish electricity,
- the Italian completion.
Not enough elements of differentiation between Maserati TC and the Chrysler LeBaron and a delay of launching made of this model a failure.
