1868 - the young girls are authorized to study medicine; Madeleine Brès (1842-1922) is the first woman to be registered with the contest of the hospitals. At the same time, Emma Chenu becomes the first science fired woman.
- 1869 - First pharmacist.
- 1875 - Madeleine Brès is the first woman to support a Thèse Médecine.
- 1885 - aggregate First of sciences.
- 1886 - Augusta Klumpke (1859-1927) is the first woman with becoming intern of Paris.
- 1888 - Louise-Amélie Leblois: first woman science Doctor.
- 1897 - Henriette Mazot (1874-1972), first intern in pharmacy.
- 1897 - Marie Kapsevitch (1855-), first graduate veterinary surgeon.
XXe century

1903 - Marie Curie (1867-1934) is the first woman to receive the Nobel Prize (Physical). She will also become in 1911 the first woman has to receive a second Nobel Prize (Chemistry) and one of the two only people to have received it in more than one discipline; First woman to make a success of the contest of boarding school of the psychiatric asylums: Madeleine Furrier.
- 1906 - After the accidental death of Pierre Curie, Marie replaces it at her post of professor with the Sorbonne and becomes thus the first woman at this station.
- 1907 - Creation of the first school of nurses to the Hospital of Salpêtrière; Aggregate first of natural science.
- 1908 - First titular woman of one pulpit in the Sorbonne, Marie Curie is named full professor in her pulpit of general physics then physical general and radioactivity.
- 1912 - Edmée Chandon (1885-1944) was in France the first named woman astronomer professional.
- 1913 - aggregate First of physical sciences.
- 1922 - First woman elected with the Academy of Medicine: Marie Curie.
- 1923 - First aggregate woman of medicine.
- 1929 - Lucie Randoin (1885-1960), director of the laboratory of physiology to the National institute of the Agronomic research, is the first woman to be taught at the medical college of Paris.
- 1930 - Intern of Paris of 1922 to 1926, Therese Bertrand-Fountain (1895-1987) became in 1930 the 1st woman with being Médecin of the hospitals of Paris.
- 1934 - Jeanne Levy is the first aggregate woman of medicine in Paris.
- 1959 - First titular woman of one pulpit at the medical college of Paris: Jeanne Levy.
- 1962 - Madeleine Perey becomes the first woman member of the Academy of Science.
- 1969 - Therese Bertrand-Fountain was elected Regular member of the Académie of medicine, first woman having this station.
- 1979 - Yvonne Choquet-Bruhat (1923-) is the first woman with being elected with the Academy of Science; First woman Veterinary member of the Academy: Mrs. Dhennin-Balsa; First General lady doctor: Valerie Andre.
- 1980 - First aggregate woman of mechanics.
- 1995 - ashes of Marie Curie are transferred to the the Pantheon from Paris. It is then the only woman honoured in the Pantheon for her work.
