Chronology of the Chinese dynasties
The books Chinese on the history always refer to the eras in a Dynastie. It is also like that in the Western translations of the Chinese books, with the Gregorian years in the footnote or sometimes between brackets.
The romanisation S are in Pinyin and between brackets in EFEO (French École of the Far East), a system which was formerly popular in France.
