Chronic syndrome of tiredness
The chronic syndrome of tiredness (abbreviation: SFC ), formerly called nervous tiredness or depression , is consisted a repeated state of tiredness which, even after the rest, does not disappear.
History
This Syndrome was identified in the Anglo-Saxon countries in the middle of the Années 1980. The the World Health Organization regards it as a neurological disease serious and it is reproduced on the American list of the new infectious illness, recurring and resistant to the drugs .
The syndrome of chronic tiredness is diagnosed owing to lack of any other disorder which could explain the state of tiredness. Thus, in the absence of depression, of Cancer, Disease endocrine, inflammatory or psychiatric, one diagnoses the syndrome of chronic tiredness.
This syndrome is the object of many scientific controversies, because of difficulty in attaching very diverse symptoms to a particular disease, and by the fact of the absence of blood testings of certainty. One attends a double suffering of the patients, on the one hand by the absence of satisfactory therapeutic solutions, and on the other hand by the rejection, or the negation of the existence of their disease by the medical community and their entourage. (hypochondriacs)
In 1988 the Fukuda Japanese proposed a precise definition of this symptom with a grid of score. This researcher is at the origin of the exact and precise insulation of the symptoms of the disease, but today too many patients are still treated for nervous breakdown or chronic anxiety, whereas the disease would touch 1% of the population with symptoms more or less invalidating. The higher intellectual professions are not touched by the SFC than the other layers of the population, but they are those which consult more and complain more of the symptoms, the disease begin with difficulties from concentration and memorizing. After the stock exchange Crash of 1987, one by error had allotted the SFC like psychosomatic occupational disease of the stockbrokers of New York because of the stress of their activity, rejecting or ridiculing once more the reality of the disease.
Symptoms
The SFC associates the clinical signs of two etiologies which are the Fibromyalgie and the irritable Côlon. There exist mixed forms (very invalidating) chronic syndrome of tiredness which associates irritable colon and fibromyalgie. The SFC is not mortal, and does not reduce the life expectancy, it is an invalidating disease.
In all the forms of the SFC one finds the tiredness which is the principal symptom, as well as peripheral symptoms:
- Fibromyalgie
- irritable Colon = Diarrhea S articular chronicles
- Pain S
- muscular Pains
- muscular Weakness
- Migraine S
- Tachycardia
- Turbid cognitive
- Tremor S
- Giddiness S
- Sudation S
- Depression
- Anxiety generalized
It is considered that one is in front of an authentic SFC when tiredness is associated with at least 4 peripheral symptoms and systematically one of the two peripheral primary symptoms of the list, on the other hand it cannot cause fainding.
Causes of the chronic syndrome of tiredness
One owes to the explanation with a French immunologist Doctor Gregoire Cozon (Hospital Edouard Herriot Lyon) and the therapeutic solutions of the SFC and fibromyalgie. (2005)
The SFC originates in the manufacture abnormally high of interféron by the immune system in abnormal reaction to yeasts and the staphilococca present naturally in the intestine, which classifies the SFC in the autoimmune diseases. The SFC is a rupture of the tolerance of the bacteria naturally present in the organization. This rupture makes following a viral or microbial infection which caused this immunizing disordered state.
The therapeutic one aims eliminating the vectors which on-stimulate the immune system of the patient leading to his exhaustion and at restoring the normal ecosystem of the human body which puts back on a fragile balance bacteria/antibody.
