Christopher Hill is a Diplomate American, born on August 10th, 1952. It is current the Secretary of State assistant for the Eastern Asia and the Pacific within the State Department of the United States.

Biography

Christopher Hill is graduate in economy of the Bowdoin University. It was voluntary in the Corps of Peace between 1974 and 1976 with the Cameroun. It is titular of a Master at the naval military university in 1994.

Diplomatic career

It was a long time posts some in Europe of the East and in the Balkans.

He was the assistant of Richard Holbrooke at the time of the Accords of Dayton in 1995, then appointed ambassador in Macedonia of 1996 to 1999, and in Poland of 2000 to 2004 before being named Ambassadeur in République of Korea of 2004 to 2005.

He is currently the chief of the American delegation in the Pourparlers to six on the nuclear program North-Korean.
