Christophe Saunière

Christophe Saunière is a Harpiste and Compositeur French, born with Nouakchott (Mauritania) in 1967.

Biography

Raise of Francis Pierre which makes him discover the Modern music, it impassions itself very early for all the alive musics as its eclectic discography testifies some.

He played under the rod of Pierre Boulez, Lorin Maazel, Georg Solti inter alia big bosses, like with European principal trainings of Modern music (EIC, Court-circuit, Klangforum Wien…).

One also sees it on scene with artists of variety like Natalie Cole, Nicole Croisille, Catherine Lara, Benjamin Biolay…

In 2001, it founds with the sonneuse one and Scottish singer Joanne McIver the duet McIver/Saunière, repertory of compositions of Joanne McIver.
